A TransFair Canada* licensed micro-roasterie located in Didsbury, Alberta, overlooking the beautiful Rocky Mountains. We are dedicated to sourcing, selecting and roasting the finest Arabica coffee beans from around the world and delivering them fresh to you for a fair price. Our beans are roasted to order in small batches to maximize their "origin" characteristics and dispatched within 24 hours. Because freshness is just as important as quality, we package the beans immediately from the roaster in heat sealed, silver foil valved-bags after oxygen and moisture are removed by flushing the bag with dry nitrogen; the roast date is written on the bag. You will be amazed at the aroma, brightness, body, and finish of truly freshly roasted coffee!
